Where can I return my order?

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of your order being received so long as the guide is in a reusable condition.

Please send us a message through our Contact page quoting your order number and we will send you details of how to send us your return

Where is my delivery?

Please contact the APM Bookshop team with your order number and they will be able to investigate this for you

How long does delivery take?

Deliveries within the UK via Royal Mail are scheduled to arrive within 3-5 working days from dispatch

DHL Express deliveries are scheduled to arrive within 1-2 working days from dispatch

(this will vary for overseas deliveries)

Am I eligible for discount?

APM members can claim a 10% discount on hardback and paperback publications using the discount code APMMEM10
